JOB DESCRIPTION – ENGLISH TEACHER (Grades 6–10)
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Board: CBSE
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature to students of Grades 6–10.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct classroom activities as per CBSE guidelines.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Maintain student records and progress reports.
- Ensure effective classroom management and student discipline.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and student assessment.
