Description
This role will be part of Hiring for setting up a PMU for CITIIS 2.0 under Housing & Urban Development Department, Government of Odisha.
The requirements are as below:
- Education: Master’s degree in Urban Design/Architecture/Planning from a recognized University/Institution
- Total Experience: 12+ years
- Minimum of 7-10 of experience in public space design, streetscapes, and urban morphology.
- Technical & handholding support to City Level Resources.
- Prepare and review master plans, development plans, and regional plans aligned with land-use policies, zoning regulations, and growth strategies.
- Provide support on preparation of Urban Laws, Amendments in the Acts, Policies and other Urban reforms and preparation of reports, technical notes, and presentations as required.
- Support stakeholder consultations, public hearings, and citizen engagement processes during plan preparation and implementation. Support in training & capacity-building programs.
Duration: 2 year contract with an additional 1-year extension possible, Continget upon winning the bid
Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha
Type: Full-time at Client location.
