Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with PhD scholars and understand their research requirements
- Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research materials
- Support research documentation, analysis, and report preparation
- Coordinate with technical and research teams for project execution
- Handle academic and research-related support activities
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with scholars regarding project progress
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Assist in managing research workflows across multiple domains
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of academic research and documentation
- Ability to coordinate and manage research-related tasks
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research

Experienced Candidates
- Prior experience in research support, academic coordination, documentation, counseling, or analytical roles is preferred
