We are looking for a proactive HR Executive – Payroll & Statutory Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
Job Description
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
- Manage compliance related to EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
- Maintain statutory records and registers as per legal requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word/HRMS software.
Education: MBA - HR
Experience: 3 years
Salary: 15K to 20K
Location: Perinthalmana
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
