WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Social media is the highest-frequency brand touchpoint for company across the US and India markets. These markets have distinct audiences, cultural contexts, and content rhythms. This role owns both pipelines — static and motion — ensuring brand consistency while adapting tone, imagery, and messaging for each market. The output standard is set by brands like Nike and LinkedIn: editorial in quality, cinematic in execution, strategic in intent.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and produce social content for USA and India across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other active platforms
2. Concept, script, produce, and edit short-form video for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and LinkedIn
3. Create static, carousel, infographic, story, and motion formats — all to brand spec
4. Handle end-to-end video production: storyboard → shoot/source footage → edit → export
5. Animate static brand assets (logos, data viz, infographics) for use across channels
6. Build and manage a Figma-based template library for scalable content production
7. Localise content for the IN market while maintaining global brand coherence
8. Support internal use cases: town halls, onboarding videos, leadership communications
9. Present creative rationale to global stakeholders with confidence
SKILLS MATRIX
Design Tools Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator
Motion & Animation After Effects (required — expressions, shape layers, keyframe animation), Lottie for web delivery
Video Editing Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve — color grading, audio sync, pacing for short-form
Social Formats LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Meta — all format variants across static and motion
IN & US Market Cultural nuance in content style, colour, messaging, and platform behaviour across both markets
Brand Systems Can storyboard a 30–60 second narrative from a brief; writes or adapts scripts
Internal Comms Experience producing internal video content (culture, leadership, onboarding)
Bonus Basic cinematography or directing experience; Figma-to-animation workflow; AI video tools
EXPERIENCE BENCHMARK
3–6 years across social creative and motion design, with at least 2 years in a dedicated role covering both disciplines. Must have a portfolio and showreel demonstrating range across static formats, motion graphics, and edited video. Global or multi-market brand experience required. B2B, employer branding, or agency backgrounds with staffing or professional services clients are a strong advantage
