Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements.
- Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and customer engagement tools.
- Improve customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics.
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience working with CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, or Customer Engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
