DDZYN360 Institute of Learning Private Limited, is an educational institution that provides specialized skill building training in architectural scale model-making, digital designing & 3D printing and lighting, mechanism & automation.
It serves as the academic wing of its parent company, DDZYN360 Private Limited, a leader in the architectural scale model-making and 3D visualization services with offices in India and Dubai. The firm specializes in transforming architectural and engineering concepts into detailed physical & digital presentations primarily for real estate developers and designers.
The courses offered by DDZYN360 institute focuses on building highly creative & customised architectural scale models that turns client’s design and vision into an inspired reality in a miniature form. These physical scale models provide life to architect’s design & ideas by bringing engineering, art, creativity, precision & technology together. These physical scale models inspire project owners, developers, architects and most importantly the buyers & end users for their imagination of actual infrastructure & amenities to be built as well as in taking critical decisions while finalizing the design of the building.
The Institute is looking for focused and highly motivated experience business development and sales professionals with 5+ years of experience to drive target-based student enrolment. The key performance indicator for the professionals would be to build reputation with various industry stakeholders, secure target admissions, and support the organization in its growth journey.
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Generate leads through various online (social media, CRM, cold calling, etc.) and offline marketing channels (field visits, workshops, etc.).
o Support & lead marketing initiatives along with management in participating various exhibitions, workshops, studio showcases, and interdisciplinary collaborations
o Connect with schools, colleges, and industries to secure bulk student batch admissions
· Counselling & Interest Generation: Guide prospective students and parents, understand their career goals and generate interest.
o Gather and share experts and customer feedback to enhance value proposition in the courses that meet industry requirements and customer need.
· Market Research: Identify emerging industry trends to target the right student demographics. Stay updated with latest digital fabrication options & developments on software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion360, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), tools, upgrades, usage of AI, industry practices, etc. and to incorporate them into the prospect discussions.
· Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales. Achieve targets by enrolling a fixed number students into specialized full-year courses on monthly/quarterly basis depending on employee’s experience & seniority.
· CRM Management: Maintain precise records of daily outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline conversions.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience: 5+ years in educational or vocational training business development & sales, course counselling, product marketing, education sector, etc.
· Skills: Proven track record of achieving monthly & quarterly individual sales targets. Have passion for running and managing end-to-end accountability and processes for BD and sales functions.
· Communication: Have fluent & confident verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Hindi languages.
· Tech Savvy: Have experience or interest working with either third-party CRM software like Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. or company’s proprietary CRM software
· Education: High school, undergraduate or graduate having diploma or degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
