Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS & PTE Trainer to guide students in achieving their desired language proficiency scores. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of delivering engaging training sessions while supporting students throughout their study abroad journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training for IELTS and PTE (Academic/General) modules.
- Conduct Communicative English and Language Training sessions to improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare students for SOP (Statement of Purpose) writing and review SOPs for quality and effectiveness.
- Provide Soft Skills Training, including professional communication, presentation, confidence building, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct Interview Training for university admissions, student visa interviews, and career opportunities.
- Organize and evaluate Mock Interviews, providing constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Assess students' language proficiency and create personalized learning plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target scores and career goals.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in IELTS/PTE training is preferred.
- Previous experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer or English Language Trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
