CX is a product incubator company and has launched many successful products for its clients since its inception. We are looking for a motivated B2B SAAS Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our startup platform Team Trace. As Saas sales representative you will be responsible for client acquisition and engagement, constructive sales approach, negotiation, and closure and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients. Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and participation in industry events, to generate leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Consultative Selling: Gain a deep understanding of the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients. Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Client Acquisition & Renewal: Achieve sales targets for enterprise solutions through acquisition of new clients.
- Product Expertise: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. Help clients understand our products capabilities to allow us to develop winning solutions that are tailored to the client’s specific business needs. Effectively communicate the platforms value proposition and competitive advantages to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits.
- Negotiation and Closure: Collaborate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Skilfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure successful deal closures. Manage prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
- Post-Sales Support: Work closely with our customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular reports and updates to sales management. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, and updated sales funnel.
- Quality Development: Quality checking of company's sales processes. Identifying new business development opportunities in domestic markets. Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues. Networking to gain potential leads. Participate in client prospecting events and trade shows when needed. Enrich our team and organization with your SaaS sales knowledge and experience. Exceed personal revenue quota goals on a quarterly, and yearly basis.

3-8 years of proven track record of success in B2B SAAS sales, or relevant role in SaaS product and solution is a must.
- Must have deep understanding of marketing principles, business models and competitive positioning. Familiarity with SaaS sales metrics.
- Ability to forge and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Fast learning speed and a passion for sales, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Preferably a management degree
