You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business operations while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices for application support and maintenance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and storage solutions.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
