We are looking for confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to handle international customer calls, generate sales, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working with international customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international voice process, telesales, BPO, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales mindset may apply.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
