Roles & Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling.
· Identify potential clients such as:
- Ø Government departments
- Ø Municipal corporations
- Ø Industrial units
- Ø PMC Consultants & EPC contractors
· Qualify leads based on project requirements, authority, and feasibility.
· Maintain accurate records of:
- Ø Calls made
- Ø Leads generated
- Ø Follow-ups scheduled
· Update lead details in CRM system.
· Ensure systematic follow-ups as per the defined timelines.
· Fix meetings and site visits for:
- Ø Lead Generation
- Ø Sales / Project teams HOD’s for finalization
· Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
· Assist in identifying:
- Ø Upcoming Industrial Projects
- Ø Quality of Leads
- Ø Consultant and authority contacts
Support sales team with basic information collection for Projects and leads.
· Clearly explain company profile, services, and project capabilities.
· Handle basic technical customer queries and route commercial questions to the concerned team.
· Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Skills:
● Strong verbal and written communication.
● Basic understanding of sales processes and SOW/BOQ’s/RFQ’s.
● Ability to handle structured calls and follow-ups.
● Organized data handling and follow-up discipline.
● Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM systems.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Experience:
· 1–4 years of experience in:
- Ø Industrial Sales - STP/ETP/RO/ZLD
- Ø PMC/Consultants relations
- Ø Infrastructure or industrial B2B sales (preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
