About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving measurable growth for our clients through strategic execution and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed decisions to improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
- Collaborate with the content and design team to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with the team
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an agency or startup environment
- Knowledge of conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, etc.)
- Basic copywriting skills for ads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,237.06 - ₹36,113.10 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
