- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong command of scripting techniques to automate and streamline system tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Unix-based environments.
- Experience in integrating shell scripts with other software components to support application functionality.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
