Role Description The Plant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing. Key responsibilities include supervising production activities, coordinating production planning, managing plant resources, and monitoring equipment performance and maintenance needs. The Plant Manager will lead and develop plant staff, implement operational procedures, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, optimizing workflows, collaborating with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting timely delivery of products to customers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations, including oversight of daily activities and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Production Planning skills to coordinate schedules, capacity, and workflow.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Manufacturing Operations to maintain quality standards, efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Relevant experience in an electrical or manufacturing environment, preferably with control panels or related products.
- Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and make data-driven decisions under time constraints.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality management practices, and basic maintenance principles.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
