Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
Final salary depends on experience, interview performance, and proven sales performance.
Job Summary
ECOG Products is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to drive sales growth while achieving business targets. FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- FMCG sector experience is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and market visits.
