Job Summary
We are looking for a Manager – Teacher Training & Capability Development to lead our teacher training function. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that ensure teachers are classroom-ready, confident, and consistent in delivering high-quality demo and paid classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage structured training programs for new and existing teachers across Coding, Math, Robotics, and Communication.
- Lead teacher onboarding, certification, classroom readiness, and refresher training initiatives.
- Develop training content, SOPs, assessments, mock sessions, and certification criteria.
- Build demo and paid class training modules focused on engagement, learning outcomes, and classroom excellence.
- Identify training needs using audit reports, teacher performance data, and quality metrics.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback.
- Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, assessment templates, and learning resources.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance training content, feedback analysis, and trainer productivity.
- Coach and develop trainers while ensuring consistency in training delivery.
- Collaborate with Hiring, Academic Operations, Quality, and Customer Success teams to improve teacher performance and student experience.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Teacher Training, Academic Operations, Learning & Development, or Teacher Capability Development.
- Prior experience in EdTech, K-12 education, or live online learning is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, online teaching, classroom engagement, and teacher coaching.
- Experience designing and managing teacher training programs is highly preferred.
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- B.Ed., M.Ed., Training Certification, or Instructional Design Certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
