Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Guide students regarding study destinations such as UK, Canada, Germany, and other international destinations.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and support them throughout the counselling and admission journey.
- Achieve monthly and individual targets assigned by management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful applications.
- Coordinate with the processing and admission teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and study abroad opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in study abroad counselling / overseas education is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in the education industry are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
