Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, and snacks for factory staff.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and food items.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and dining area.
- Monitor stock of groceries and kitchen supplies.
- Follow company safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate with management for menu planning and food quantity.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking.
- Ability to cook in bulk quantity for staff/canteen.
- Understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Time management and discipline.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Qualification:
- Minimum 10th Pass preferred.
- Hotel Management or Cooking certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2+ years experience as a Cook in factory, hostel, hotel, or industrial canteen.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
