Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Tally Expert to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have complete and in-depth knowledge of TallyPrime and must be capable of managing all accounting functions through the software with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in TallyPrime.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Generate financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
- Inventory and stock management using TallyPrime features.
- Implement and customize TallyPrime reports as per business requirements.
- Manage payroll processing within Tally if applicable.
- Ensure timely data backups and maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot Tally-related issues and coordinate with IT/support teams if necessary.
- Train junior staff on Tally usage if required.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in TallyPrime: Must have complete working knowledge and hands-on experience with all functionalities and modules of TallyPrime.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Must ensure all data entries and reports are error-free and comply with statutory requirements.
- Punctual and Hardworking: Strong work ethic, commitment to deadlines, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Communication: Ability to communicate financial information clearly to team members and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has substantial experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation rules.
- Familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
