Role Overview
Responsible for installation and fixing of signage boards, letters, and branding materials at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install signage boards, ACP panels, LED letters, and branding elements.
- Perform site measurements and alignment before installation.
- Fix signage using proper tools and mounting techniques.
- Work with ladders, scaffolding, and installation equipment.
- Ensure signage is level, secure, and properly finished.
- Coordinate with production and project teams for site execution.
- Follow safety practices during installation.
Skills Required
- Experience in signage installation
- Knowledge of tools and site execution
- Ability to work at heights when required
2. Vinyl Paster / Vinyl Applicator
Role Overview
Responsible for pasting vinyl graphics, branding stickers, and printed graphics on various surfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply vinyl graphics on boards, glass, vehicles, and walls.
- Ensure bubble-free and wrinkle-free vinyl application.
- Prepare surfaces before vinyl installation.
- Trim and align graphics accurately.
- Handle large format graphics installation.
- Maintain quality finishing of branding work.
Skills Required
- Experience in vinyl pasting
- Precision and attention to detail

3. Signage Assembler
Role Overview
Responsible for assembling signage components before installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble LED letters, acrylic signage, and branding structures.
- Fix lighting components and electrical connections where required.
- Prepare signage structures as per drawings.
- Assist CNC, printing, and fabrication teams.
- Ensure proper finishing before dispatch.

4. Signage Production Executive
Role Overview
Support fabrication and production of signage materials in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in signage fabrication processes.
- Handle materials like acrylic, ACP, metal, and PVC boards.
- Support CNC, printing, and assembly operations.
- Maintain production area cleanliness and organization.
- Follow production schedules and deadlines.

5. ARC Welder
Role Overview
Responsible for welding metal structures used in signage fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ARC welding for signage frames and structures.
- Fabricate metal supports and mounting structures.
- Read basic fabrication drawings when required.
- Ensure strong and neat weld finishing.
- Maintain welding equipment and safety standards.

6. Signage Helper
Role Overview
Provide support to the production and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, welders, and installers.

- Help in loading and unloading materials.
