Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain and manage data accurately using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Analyze operational data and generate MIS reports as required.
- Ensure proper data management, record maintenance, and document organization.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Monitor operational processes and assist in improving efficiency.
- Support management with data analysis, reporting, and presentation of key performance metrics.
- Handle computer-based tasks with accuracy and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer knowledge and data management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in operations or administrative support is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
