Job description:
Responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site work and labor activities
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor material usage and report shortages
Maintain site records (daily progress, labor attendance, etc.)
Ensure safety protocols are followed at site
Check quality of work and report issues
Assist in site measurements and billing support
Report daily progress to senior engineer/management
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of construction drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of site safety practices
Ability to handle labor and contractors
Problem-solving attitude

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
