Job Opening: Resident Medical Officer [RMO] – ICU*
*Location:* Kotputli, Rajasthan [Approx 1.5 hours from Jaipur]

### *About the Role*
We at *Multibhashi* are hiring an *RMO – Resident Medical Officer* with *ICU experience* for our client, Shri Shyam Hospital, Kotputli.
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong clinical and coordination skills in a hospital ICU setup.
### *Key Responsibilities*
1. *ICU Operations:* Handle day-to-day ICU operations in coordination with consultants and nursing staff
2. *Clinical Management:* Manage trauma and head injury cases with quick decision-making
3. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and treatment documentation
4. *Patient & Family Counselling:* Conduct *attendance counselling, financial counselling, and complication counselling* for patients and attendants
5. *Team Coordination:* Coordinate with PT/physiotherapy, specialists, and support teams for patient care
### *Requirements*
1. *Qualification:* MBBS degree with valid medical registration
2. *Experience:* Minimum *2 years of experience* as RMO with ICU exposure
3. *Skills:* Strong experience in *trauma or head injury management* and critical care
4. *Competencies:* Excellent documentation skills, patient counselling ability, and team coordination
5. *Location:* Must be open to working on-site in *Kotputli, Rajasthan*
