- Prepare valuation reports using the firm's standard formats and bank-specific templates.
- Compile information received from field engineers, valuers, and clients.
- Review property documents, municipal byelaws, approvals, and ownership records for report preparation.
- Verify measurements, calculations, and project details before finalization.
- Ensure reports comply with client-specific requirements and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with valuation engineers to resolve technical queries.
- Maintain records of valuation assignments and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely submission of reports within prescribed turnaround timelines.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
