Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro modules.
- Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Configure software models, entitlements, normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB.
- Good understanding of Software Asset Management lifecycle and ITSM processes.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/SAM) are preferred.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
