- Head all continental kitchen operations.
- Design and update menus featuring dishes such as pasta, grills, steaks, soups, salads, and sauces.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, food costing, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with purchasing and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
- Develop seasonal specials and standardize recipes.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
