*Key Responsibilities*
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates on interview status and joining.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
*Required Skills:-*
1–2 years of recruitment experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or other Non-IT sectors.
Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
