Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls for loan inquiries
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Explain loan products and services to clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain follow-ups and customer database
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling (Used Car Loans preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of banking/loan products
