Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through chat platforms.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
Assist customers with product, service, and order-related queries.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
Previous customer support experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
