Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. You will help drive the employee experience by managing day-to-day HR administrative operations—from facilitating the recruitment and onboarding of top talent to maintaining accurate employee databases and assisting with payroll.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards and manage applicant tracking logs.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and communicate with candidates to promote a positive hiring experience.
- Prepare new-hire packages, collect required employment paperwork, and facilitate Form I-9 verification.
- Conduct new-hire orientations and coordinate training sessions.
Administration & Records Management
- Maintain and update employee personnel records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring absolute confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Track daily attendance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and sick leaves to assist with monthly payroll preparation.
- Draft and prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
Employee Support & Compliance
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, answering queries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist HR Managers in investigating complaints, processing exit interviews, and resolving employee grievances.
- Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Help plan and organize company events, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or in a relevant administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Attendance Management Software
Soft Skills:
- Impeccable attention to detail to prevent payroll or compliance errors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of discretion when handling sensitive personal and financial data
Pay: ₹8,966.13 - ₹30,804.96 per month
