Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and high morale.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment, and manage cost controls to meet budget goals.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily financial activities including sales tracking, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote staff development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the foodservice or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic financial acumen for budgeting and sales analysis.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to the restaurant industry.
