Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers, Lead Generation Executive, Customer Relationship Executives to engage with vehicle owners, generate service bookings, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers regarding car service requirements.
- Explain Fixaro's vehicle service, repair, and maintenance solutions.
- Generate service bookings and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers for service reminders and pending quotations.
- Promote special offers, annual maintenance plans, and membership programs.
- Handle customer inquiries related to repairs, insurance claims, and roadside assistance.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with workshops and service advisors for smooth service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage app downloads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls completed.
- Number of qualified BANT leads generated.
- MQL-to-SQL conversion ratio.
- Meetings/demo appointments scheduled.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Achievement of monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Automotive Services, Insurance, or Sales is preferred.
