Job Title: Academic Counselor (Fresher)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the role of Academic Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, admissions, career opportunities, and maintaining a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.
- Explain course details, fee structures, and program benefits.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain and update student databases and reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal departments when required.
- Achieve admission targets and ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
