Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can bring the brand to life through visually compelling designs and engaging video content. The role involves working closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to deliver high-impact creative assets for digital, print, and on-ground branding.
Key Responsibilities
1 Graphic Design
- Design creative assets for social media, website, emailers, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Create branding materials including posters, banners, hoardings, standees, brochures, merchandise, and pitch decks
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all GRPL and 4moles creatives
- Adapt designs as per sponsor branding guidelines and event requirements
2 Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, reels, teasers, after-movies, sponsor videos, and highlights
- Create short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ads
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and basic animations
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
- Handle fast-turnaround edits during match days (same-day reels, highlights, sponsor clips)
- Own end-to-end video delivery from raw footage to final output
- Create match highlights, player features, sponsor integrations, and recap videos under tight timelines
3 Event & Content Support
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams for campaign creatives
- Be available on ground during tournament days for real-time creative needs and quick edits
- Handle high-pressure, last-minute creative changes during live events
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for raw content
- Assist in post-event content creation and reporting creatives
Key Skills & Tools
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Video editing skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations
- Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced event environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in events, sports, media, or lifestyle brands
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator for digital creatives
- Ability to work with vertical, square, and horizontal video formats
- Experience working with premium or luxury brand aesthetics is a plus
- Knowledge of branding for sponsors and corporate clients
- Photography or videography knowledge is an added advantage
