Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and business development activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client handling, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads
- Explain company services/products to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Good understanding of sales and client handling
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, BDE, or Inside Sales
- Experience in service-based industry will be an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
