Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor front desk agents, concierges, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Guest Services: Oversee efficient check-ins/check-outs, and proactively resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a professional, problem-solving mindset.
- Operations & Logistics: Monitor room availability, manage group bookings, and coordinate inter-departmental communication to ensure seamless daily workflows.
- Financial Administration: Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily transactions, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front desk operations or customer service, with previous supervisory experience highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong, customer-focused attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of office management or property management systems (PMS), plus standard office software.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
