UX/UI Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, user-centric enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, experience designing web and mobile applications, and the ability to translate complex business processes into seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and customer requirements and convert them into effective user experiences.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Create responsive designs for enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams.
- Conduct user, market, and competitor research to improve product usability.
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques for design ideation and workflow optimization.
- Perform UX writing and ensure consistency across product interfaces.
- Design and improve workflows for ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise software solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Figma and Figma Make (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Experience designing enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user journey mapping.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and responsive interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, or SaaS products.
- Exposure to enterprise software design and workflow-driven applications.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into intuitive designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
