Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Associates to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of our premium co-living properties. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents while adhering to the company's housekeeping standards and SOPs.
Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Operations
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, reception, corridors, dining areas, and washrooms as per company standards.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, hygienic, and well-organized throughout the day.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas using approved cleaning methods.
Resident Support
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests raised by residents.
- Ensure timely room cleaning during move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain a courteous and professional approach while interacting with residents.
- Report lost and found items as per company policy.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and cleaning equipment in good condition.
- Report shortages of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Quality & Hygiene
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Identify and report maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or furniture damage to the concerned team.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless resident service.
- Assist during deep cleaning, property inspections, and special cleaning drives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels, hospitals, serviced apartments, hostels, or co-living properties.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in hotels, hospitality, co-living, hostels, hospitals, or facility management.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
