About the Job
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our Bengaluru office. This role involves handling customer calls/chats/emails, resolving queries, and delivering a great customer experience. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, or emails
- Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and accurately
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets (quality, CSAT, AHT)
- Follow company communication guidelines and scripts
Requirements
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Qualification: 12th pass and above (any stream)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Languages: English + Hindi / Tamil / Kannada / Telugu (any one)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
Note for Experienced Candidates
Candidates applying with prior work experience must provide an Experience Certificate or Relieving/HR Letter from their previous employer. Without valid proof, candidates will be considered as Freshers.
