- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in steel fabrication / PEB / construction industry
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and structural drawings
- Ability to manage shop floor workers and site teams
- Familiarity with industrial shed, warehouse, or PEB projects
- Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
