We are looking for a sincere, organized, and responsible Store Keeper cum Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage store inventory and stock records.
- Handle inward and outward material entries and documentation.
- Assist with packing and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate courier bookings and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of dispatches and receipts.
- Perform clerical and administrative office work.
- Manage filing of documents and record keeping.
- Prepare basic reports, entries, and correspondence as required.
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist other departments when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate / HSC (qualification can be adjusted as required).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle store operations and office documentation efficiently.
- Prior experience in store keeping, dispatch, or office administration will be preferred.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
