Key Responsibilities
- Itinerary Planning: Research destinations and design tailored travel packages matching client preferences and budgets.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate rates and coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, local guides, and tourism boards.
- Logistics & Operations: Oversee visa applications, flight/train ticketing, and ground transportation to avoid any hiccups during the tour.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing complaints and offering 24/7 support during emergencies.
- Sales & Targets: Meet revenue goals by actively promoting packages and closing bookings.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in travel operations, tour consultation, handling Domestic and International Tours.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, crisis management, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
