Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's daily calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and prioritize communications appropriately.
- Arrange domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Organize business meetings, events, and conferences.
- Perform general administrative duties and support special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
