- Stock Management: Reviewing inventory daily to ensure the right mix of models and colors for maximum turnover efficiency.
- Floor Traffic Control: Organizing showroom floor operations and managing inquiries effectively so leads are handled promptly. [1, 2, 3]
3. Sales Strategy & Profitability
- Setting Targets: Establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and profit margins.
- Financial Oversight: Monitoring deal settlements, commission sheets, and the sale of F&I (Finance and Insurance) products. [1, 2, 3]
4. Customer Relations & Compliance
- Customer Satisfaction: Managing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring an exceptional delivery experience.
