Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities).
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Draft and maintain HR policies, employment letters, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and support hiring requirements.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct induction and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance matters.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare monthly HR reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Good understanding of HRMS and MS Office (Excel preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
