Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Junior Manager / Assistant Manager to ioin our
Purchase team in Gurugram. In this role, you will leac
commercial negotiations and purchasing processes
across Marketing, Branding, HR, Admin, and
Operations verticals
○ Key Responsibilities:
⁃Commercial Negotiations & Purchasing
Lead commercial negotiations for branding materials,
services, and overall sales and marketing activities
-Manage agreements and negotiations for Events
MICE, Brand activations, video/photoshoots, Agency
retainerships, and Digital marketing services.
-Handle negotiations for COCO & COSS requirements,
Property Rentals, and general HR & Admin needs
-Drive continuous cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or deliverables -Prepare regular MIS reports and track purchase/ commercial metrics for manaqement review -Utilize SAP and MS Office for procurement workflows purchase orders, and data management, G Kev Qualifications & Criteria Experience: 3 to 4 vears of relevant domain experience in purchase/commercial functions Education: Diploma / Graduate degree in a relevant discipline. Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academic career (10th. 12th. and Graduation/Diploma). Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word) Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
