Center Head – Operations & P&L

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead the overall operations and business performance of our fertility center at Vyttila, Kochi. The role requires strong expertise in healthcare operations, P&L management, patient experience, compliance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate should be capable of driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving patient satisfaction, and achieving business targets while maintaining high standards of clinical and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end center operations, including administration, patient services, facility management, and operational efficiency.
- Drive overall P&L performance and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor daily operational activities and implement process improvements for better productivity and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, accreditation, and healthcare operational standards.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, embryology, sales, marketing, and support teams for seamless center functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and patient acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to patient care standards, service quality, and safety protocols.
- Handle escalations and ensure effective resolution of patient and operational concerns.
- Monitor center KPIs, MIS reports, operational budgets, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, local authorities, and external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to create a high-performance and patient-centric culture.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR, finance, administration, and operational policies within the center.
- Support business expansion initiatives and operational planning as required.

- Experience in healthcare/hospital/fertility operations preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / MHA preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Operations & P&L Management.
- Prior experience in Hospital, Healthcare, Fertility, IVF, or Diagnostic operations will be an added advantage.
