This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to helping clients find meaningful solutions through our services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist walk-in clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions, while promoting services and packages.
· Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, offering detailed information on services, offers, and discounts.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Assist with scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
· Ensure the retail center is well-maintained, client-friendly, and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in retail, sales, or customer service roles
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
