- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, IndiaMART, LinkedIn and market research.
- Respond to and qualify every inbound enquiry within the same business day.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations; travel for client visits and exhibitions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals; coordinate samples, mock-ups and branding previews.
- Negotiate and close orders—product, branding, quantity, packaging, delivery timeline, payment terms.
- Maintain daily CRM discipline: log every enquiry, call, meeting and follow-up; submit weekly pipeline reports in MS Excel.
- Build relationships with the 500+ pan-India reseller network and direct corporate clients; onboard new resellers.
- Manage marketing channels — website and IndiaMART catalogue, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile — and run email/WhatsApp campaigns for new products and festive gifting offers.
- Hand over confirmed orders to operations and remain the client's single point of contact till delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
